Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of IAM websites, patient portal, and related services. By using IAM, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The websites and patient platform are operated by Metabolic LLC, doing business as IAM Health. Medical services are provided by licensed clinicians through Integrative & Age Management Medicine, PLLC.

IAM is an online clinic. We are not an emergency service. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account or request care. You must provide accurate information about your health, identity, and location so a licensed provider can determine whether treatment is appropriate in your state.

How care works

IAM does not sell pharmaceuticals online. A licensed provider reviews your history and, when needed, your labs before anything is prescribed. Medication is dispensed by licensed US pharmacies. A request for care is not a guarantee that a prescription will be written.

Compounded medications, when prescribed, are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. Your provider will explain alternatives when they matter to your plan.

Pricing

Program prices cover the items listed on each program page, typically provider review, medication and supplies. Pharmacy shipping is billed per medication order and lab panels are billed separately, both at the amounts shown on the site. There are no monthly memberships. Prices may change, and the amount you pay depends on the plan a provider clears for you. You are not charged for medication until a provider approves a plan.

Returns and refunds

Once your medication has been dispatched, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations, medication returns, or refunds, unless the item you purchased is faulty or inaccurately described. Pharmacies cannot accept medications back once they have been shipped, whether opened or unopened, because of the potential risks.

Your responsibilities

You agree to tell us about relevant medical history, medications, and allergies; to use prescribed medication only as directed; and not to share, resell, or divert medication. You will not use the service to seek care for someone else without authorization.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may send clinical, billing, and service messages to the contact details you provide. Marketing messages, if any, can be stopped using the instructions in the message.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date below is the last revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. For questions, use the contact form or, if you are a current patient, send a secure message through the portal.
