Built by the IAM Health team

You already have the data. Evigenics helps make sense of it.

If you have tested with 23andMe or AncestryDNA, or have a whole-genome VCF, Evigenics turns that raw file into plain-language reports on weight and the GLP-1 receptors, peptide matches, metabolic health, aging and nutrition, with your blood results read beside your DNA, to review with a qualified healthcare professional.

Why we built it

A genetic report is context, not a diagnosis.

Many of our patients already have a raw DNA file in a 23andMe or Ancestry account, and almost none of it was ever explained to them. The IAM Health team built Evigenics to read that file, and the blood results you already get, in plain language, with the evidence and its limits on the same page.

It runs as a separate service with its own account, so your DNA file never has to enter your clinical record. The medical decisions stay where they belong: with a qualified healthcare professional.

Inside the report

The finding, the evidence, and what it cannot prove.

Seven reports come from one file, and two of them also read your blood results. Each finding is checked against a curated knowledge base and written to be read rather than decoded.

Weight & GLP-1

Reads the receptors that semaglutide and tirzepatide act on, and the two best-studied appetite genes, FTO and MC4R, and sets each reading against what the trials found. In 27,885 people on GLP-1 medicines, one receptor version went with about 0.76 kg more weight lost per copy, against a trial average of 15 to 21 % of body weight.

No gene test yet tells who will respond. Nothing in the report is a reason to start or stop a medicine; that stays with you and your prescriber.

Peptide matches

Therapeutic peptides scored from your own DNA, from the variants you carry in the genes each peptide is studied in, then placed among other people read on the same markers: strong fit, possible fit, light fit.

Most links between a marker and a peptide come from separate research on each, not from trials of the peptide by genotype. A match is a lead to bring to your provider, not a prescription.

Metabolic health

Five blood measurements beside the gene that bears on each: HbA1c beside TCF7L2, LDL cholesterol beside APOE, lipoprotein(a), kidney filtration and liver fibrosis.

Aging

Nine routine blood results read as a Phenotypic Age, the one measure of aging a blood test gives, set beside your calendar age.

Nutrition

How you process vitamin D, clear histamine, convert omega-3s and handle inflammation, each marker with how strong the evidence is and where it stops.

Food genes

The versions that spread as diets changed: milk, plant fats, alcohol and bitter taste.

Peptide genes

The hormones your body makes and the receptors that answer them: ghrelin, BDNF, neuropeptide Y, amylin.

Blood results beside your DNA

Type one result as it was printed, or upload the PDF your lab issued.

Metabolic health reads the newest of each result beside your DNA, and Aging reads nine of them as a Phenotypic Age. A lab report is sealed with the same encryption as your DNA file, kept with your account, and deleted whenever you choose.

From file to report

Three steps, with the data handling spelled out.

01

Use the file you already have

Start with raw data from 23andMe or AncestryDNA, or upload a whole-genome VCF. There is no new DNA kit to order. Add a lab report whenever you have one.

02

Kept encrypted, deleted any time

Evigenics reads the raw file in your browser to build the report, then keeps it encrypted with your account, in no backup, so you never upload it twice. Delete it at any time.

03

Read the result with context

Each finding comes with its evidence, its limits and plain-language notes. Return to the report on the web or download the PDF to review with a qualified professional.

IAM Health

Clinical care

Clinical evaluation, treatment decisions, prescriptions when appropriate, and provider-guided care.

Evigenics

Educational genomic reporting

A separate service, built by the same team, that reads the DNA file and the blood results you choose to add and organizes the findings into a plain-language report.

Evigenics is a separate website and service. Its accounts, information, privacy practices, and terms are separate from IAM Health. IAM Health does not automatically receive your DNA file or Evigenics report. It does not replace medical care, provide emergency support, or substitute for clinical genetic testing. Its reports are educational and are not a diagnosis or prescription.

A separate destination
