What the original weight research studied
A randomized study of adults with obesity tested ephedrine and caffeine alongside a calorie-restricted diet. The combination produced additional weight loss compared with the diet and placebo. That study explains the interest in the two stimulants together, while the extra ingredients need separate consideration.
Count all sources of stimulant exposure
Caffeine, ephedrine and yohimbine can affect the cardiovascular and nervous systems. Yohimbine studies found increases in blood pressure and sympathetic activity. Review coffee, energy drinks, decongestants, ADHD medicines and other weight products with your prescriber so the combined exposure is visible.
Remember that aspirin adds its own risks
Aspirin can cause stomach bleeding and allergic reactions. A history of ulcers or bleeding, blood thinners and other anti-inflammatory pain medicines matters even when aspirin is one ingredient in a larger blend. Report black stools or vomiting blood urgently.
Take cardiovascular symptoms seriously
Heart disease, high blood pressure, palpitations and anxiety deserve attention before any stimulant combination is considered. Stop using the product and seek urgent care for chest pain, fainting, a severe sudden headache or a persistent racing or irregular heartbeat.

This compounded multi-ingredient capsule is not FDA-approved. Older ephedrine-caffeine trials did not test the complete formula, which also contains aspirin and added nutrients, with yohimbine in the higher-strength version.
